We leverage a hybrid care model that allows you to interact with the team year-round in the most convenient manner for all parties, including our state-of-the-art treatment centres with remote diagnostic technology and video that can allow us to access the suitable medical specialist quickly as if they were in the room with you.
Membership fees cover GP and other services not covered by OHIP, including the incredible team of Nurse Practitioners, Health Navigators, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Nutritionists and more as required.
Durand Paramedical Clinic: An a la carte team of naturopaths, chiropractors, RMTs, Sleep specialists, REIKI, Acupuncture, and more are available to help by appointment and billing by visit. We, of course, offer Direct Billing to your benefits plan, and we are always available to help analyze your benefits plans to help understand what we can cover.

Our Physician-led Lifelong weight program combines state-of-the-art testing and genetic analysis to understand how your body deals with food, builds muscle and burns fat to create a specialized program. Most Exec Health Centres are located in downtown Toronto, the drive to which we feel is “NOT Doctor recommended.” The Durand Health Centre is located in the fashionable south downtown district near St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Forest Hill of Hamilton, the Durand Neighbourhood with its centuries-old classic architecture—a 5-minute walk from the Hunter Street GO Station.

Private & Corporate Retreats
Our stunning Carlisle ON nature centre features a large retreat facility in a modern barn studio with all amenities. The grounds feature orchards, streams, a lake with shoreside fireplace and dock, extensive trails, a working farm and vegetable gardens, and miniature goats and chickens. There are micro-unit accommodations nestled stream-side in the forest.
We host yoga and mindfulness sessions onsite in Carlise for individuals and groups. We also host bespoke corporate retreats and wellness sessions that highlight the power of nature in healing and bringing people together.
