About Durand Integrated Health Group
Durand Health (Durand: Latin-strong and enduring) is a novel integrated health centre where our interdisciplinary MD-led team works together with our wellness team to provide personalized care.
The Local Advantage
Durand Health is located in two beautiful facilities near St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton ON. Our providers, including our MedSpa, work together onsite to ensure your care is collaborative.
We offer free parking for our guests, on-site testing and testing at nearby facilities. Our Young Street location has a beautiful pilates and personal training studio. We work with specialist physician referral partners as needed.
Our stunning Carlisle ON nature centre features a large retreat facility in a modern barn studio with soaring designer roof and all amenities. The grounds feature orchards, streams, a lake with shoreside fireplace and outdoor yoga platform, extensive trails, a working farm and vegetable gardens, and miniature goats and chickens.
We host yoga and mindfulness sessions onsite in Carlise for individuals and groups. We also host bespoke corporate retreats and wellness sessions that highlight the power of nature in healing and bringing people together.

There are micro-unit accommodations nestled stream-side in the forest.
