Virtual Counselling

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or mental health crisis please call 911.

While many people can benefit from in-person counselling, there are a number of reasons as to why some struggle to get themselves out the door to seek the help that they need. Convinced that counselling is too expensive? Feel weird talking to a stranger? Or maybe being in a public space isn’t ideal for you right now. Whatever your concerns may be holding you back, at Durand Integrated Health Group, we have you covered.

We are currently offering virtual counselling sessions on Tuesdays for just $50 because we believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ formula to maintaining mental health. Our fully licensed therapists are non-judgmental, caring, highly-skilled and want the best experience for you. So meet with a therapist on your own terms with our budget-friendly virtual counseling sessions. We’re listening.

Is Virtual Counseling For Me?

We know that sometimes taking that first step is easier said than done. You may be asking yourself, “is virtual counselling right for me?”.

We’re here to help you answer that and any other questions regarding our counselling services. Call 289-807-2687 today.
