Dr. Edward Bach created these remedies in the early 1900s. Dr. Bach was a successful physician and knew there was more to treating illness than focusing just on physical symptoms. With the limitations of practising medicine at the time and the belief that there is a connection between one’s physical and mental health, Dr. Bach searched for a pure and simple method of healing that could be accessible to everyone that would address the whole person to treat them better.

Bach flower remedies are recognized as an alternative or complementary therapy to aid emotional and mental struggles. This incredible system of healing that balances negative states of mind and emotions consists of 38 remedies that can be combined to best meet each person’s individual needs.

What type of treatments do Bach Flower Practitioners provide?

Our Registered Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner, Katie Keyte, provides the following treatment. It can be provided individually as a stand-alone therapy or in any combination. You can book with her here.

The Bach system is safe, gentle, and effective. Each remedy is associated with a human emotion or state of mind. There is a remedy for every negative emotion and mental state, and you can combine up to 7 remedies in a treatment bottle for any combination of feelings you want to relieve. You can also modify the variety of what is in your custom remedy as needed as emotions, experiences, situations, and thoughts change.

The Bach flower remedies do not interfere with medications of any kind. They are safe for all ages and all medical conditions. Bach Flowers are not meant to replace medical treatment; they are intended to work with the individual and their needs. The remedies are meant to support each person and assist in any situation to bring harmony and healing to mind and body.
