Ice skating is a great way to get outside and enjoy the winter months. It is a fun activity and a great way to get in some exercise during the winter months. Did you know that the City of Hamilton and Dundas offer free public access outdoor skating? We at Durand have compiled a list of ice rinks run by both the City of Hamilton and volunteers in various neighbourhoods.

Free Skating Rinks in Hamilton outdoors tend to have more divots and imperfections compared to indoor ice, and may not be regularly maintained. Always dress appropriately and wear the proper safety gear when skating.
