Durand Health (Durand: from the latin meaning ‘strong & enduring’) offers patients and corporate partners the choice of a physician led 360° preventative health assessment OR a la carte access to any of our individual wellness and MedSpa services all based from our 10,000 square foot newly renovated Young Street Centre with one-on-one fitness facility or our 14 Duke Street facility with free parking and valet parking and overnight urban spa accommodations.

Private & Corporate Retreats
Our stunning Carlisle ON nature centre features a large retreat facility in a modern barn studio with all amenities. The grounds feature orchards, streams, a lake with shoreside fireplace and dock, extensive trails, a working farm and vegetable gardens, and miniature goats and chickens. There are micro-unit accommodations nestled stream-side in the forest.
We host yoga and mindfulness sessions onsite in Carlise for individuals and groups. We also host bespoke corporate retreats and wellness sessions that highlight the power of nature in healing and bringing people together.
