Practising in family medicine; this included 33 years in the emergency room, including ten years as an Emergency Department Medical Director, and addiction medicine in the Correctional System. He brings his long experience to Durand Health as a physician and Medical Director.

Ashley DiVincenzo is a Nutritionist who received her diploma in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness program at Mohawk College. She also is a registered Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach. She is passionate about helping her clients find and create healthy, balanced lifestyles focused on sustainable nutrition choices. Ashley teaches her clients how to read and understand ingredient labels so they can take ownership of their everyday nutrition choices. Her supportive approach encourages clients to build a happy and healthy relationship with food through habits-based behaviours and mindset shifts that foster long-term health and happiness.

This program is a 6 month deeply coordinated program that follows the 360° Preventative Health Assessment. Program features include:
— One-on-one, in-person support from Durand’s team of integrative health professionals, including a Medical Doctor, Registered Nutritionist, Personal Trainers, and Registered Nurse.
— Monthly accurate and reliable body composition reports gauging progress.
— Genetic Testing for Personalized Nutrition recommendations related to weight management, body composition, cardiometabolic health, and fitness.
— In-depth wellness and fitness testing through lab work, RMR, and V02 Max testing to provide the most personalized plans and root cause care.
— Personal assessment and private sessions with our movement and mobility trainer.
