Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive episodic care, including patient consultations, examinations, and treatment of acute conditions. Perform minor procedures and preventive care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records using our electronic Health record (EHR) system.
Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree.
Valid license to practice in Ontario (CPSO) OR immediately with Ontario equivalency.
Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or equivalent.
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centred approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
